Controller

Sector Gaming TV is an independent editorial and podcast project managed in Spain and acts as controller for the personal data described in this notice. Privacy requests can be sent to info@sectorgaming.tv or through the contact form.

Contact enquiries

When you contact us, we process your name, email address, subject and message to answer your enquiry, manage press or editorial relations, and retain evidence of the exchange where reasonably necessary. The legal basis is taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in managing correspondence. Messages are normally deleted within 12 months of the last interaction unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim or binding obligation.

Comments

If comments are enabled, WordPress may process the name, email address, optional website, comment, IP address and browser information required for moderation and spam prevention. Public comment content remains available while the discussion is published; non-public identifiers are retained only as needed for moderation, security and requests concerning the comment.

Analytics and external media

Google Analytics and embedded iVoox media are optional. They are disabled until the corresponding consent category is accepted. Consent can be changed at any time through Cookie settings. Read the cookie policy for details.

Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by hosting, email, anti-spam, analytics or media providers acting under their own terms or as service providers. Optional Google and iVoox services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described by those providers.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Use the contact form and identify the request as a privacy matter. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the competent supervisory authority.

Security and changes

We apply proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. This notice will be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements materially change.
